Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using ReserveJets services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Booking and Confirmation

When you book a flight through ReserveJets, you enter into a binding agreement. Fleet bookings are submitted for confirmation by our team. Network partner bookings require operator confirmation, typically provided within 24 hours.

All pricing is subject to the terms outlined in your booking confirmation. Additional charges may apply for fuel surcharges, de-icing, international handling fees, or other services as specified.

Cancellation Policy

Fleet Bookings: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of departure may incur charges based on circumstances.

Network Partner Bookings: Cancellation policies vary by operator and will be provided with your quote confirmation. Most operators require 72 hours notice for cancellation without penalty.

Payment Terms

Payment is typically due 7 days before departure unless otherwise specified. We accept wire transfers and major credit cards. Failure to complete payment may result in booking cancellation.

Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers are responsible for:

• Valid travel documents including passports, visas, and any required health certifications
• Arriving at the designated departure location at the scheduled time
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Appropriate behavior that does not endanger crew, aircraft, or other passengers

Limitation of Liability

ReserveJets acts as an intermediary between clients and aircraft operators. While we maintain high standards for all partners, liability for flight operations rests with the operating carrier. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for your booking.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including weather conditions, natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or other events of force majeure.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
