How far in advance should I book?

Book at least 48 hours in advance for fleet aircraft or 72 hours for network partner aircraft. Last-minute bookings are often possible on our fleet subject to availability, but advance notice gives you the widest selection of aircraft and preferred departure times.

Network partner bookings need extra lead time because quotes are sourced from operators in real time. For peak travel periods — holidays, major events, ski season — we recommend booking 1-2 weeks ahead to lock in your preferred aircraft.

What is included in the price?

Charter pricing includes the aircraft rental, flight crew, standard catering, and basic ground handling. Fleet aircraft prices are calculated by flight time and displayed upfront before you book, with no hidden fees on the base charter cost.

Depending on your route, additional costs may apply for fuel surcharges, overnight crew expenses, de-icing, international handling fees, or customs clearance. These are disclosed before confirmation so there are no surprises.

What is your cancellation policy?

Fleet bookings can be cancelled up to 48 hours before departure for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur charges depending on availability and whether the aircraft can be reassigned.

Network partner bookings are subject to individual operator cancellation policies, which vary. These terms are provided alongside your quote so you can review them before confirming. Elite members enjoy extended cancellation windows of up to 72 hours.

How much luggage can I bring?

Luggage capacity depends on the aircraft category. Light jets accommodate 4-6 bags, midsize jets fit 6-8 bags, and heavy jets carry 10-12 bags. Oversized items like golf clubs, skis, and surfboards can usually be accommodated with advance notice.

Can I bring pets?

Yes, pets are welcome on all ReserveJets flights at no additional charge. Dogs, cats, and other small animals fly in the cabin with you — not in cargo. Simply let us know during booking so we can prepare the cabin appropriately.

For international flights with pets, additional documentation such as health certificates and import permits may be required. Our team can advise on destination-specific regulations.

What payment methods do you accept?

ReserveJets accepts wire transfers and major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payment is typically due 7 days before departure for confirmed bookings.

Detailed payment instructions are included in your booking confirmation. Jet card holders and fractional owners can apply their existing balances toward new bookings directly through the app or website.

How does your network differ from your fleet?

Can I change my flight details after booking?

Yes, flight modifications are possible subject to aircraft availability. Changes to fleet bookings can typically be made up to 24 hours before departure at no extra charge, including adjusting departure times, passenger counts, or adding stops.

Network booking changes depend on the individual operator's policies. Contact us as soon as possible if you need modifications — the earlier you reach out, the more options we can offer.

Do you offer empty leg flights?

Yes, ReserveJets offers empty leg flights at up to 75% off standard charter rates. Empty legs occur when an aircraft needs to reposition without passengers, creating one-way deals on the same jets with the same crews and safety standards.

Browse available empty legs on our website or app. You can also subscribe to alerts for specific routes and get notified instantly when matching deals become available. These opportunities are time-sensitive and book quickly.

What happens if there is a mechanical issue?

If a mechanical issue is detected before or during your trip, ReserveJets arranges a replacement aircraft to minimize delays at no additional cost for fleet bookings. All aircraft undergo rigorous pre-flight inspections, and safety is never compromised.

Our operations team monitors every flight and coordinates directly with maintenance crews and operators. For network bookings, the partner operator arranges alternatives under their own policies, with our team advocating on your behalf.
