How far in advance should I book?
For our fleet aircraft, we recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance, though last-minute bookings are often possible subject to availability. For network partner aircraft, we recommend 72 hours advance notice to allow time for quote processing and confirmation.
What is included in the price?
Our pricing includes aircraft rental, crew, standard catering, and basic ground handling. Prices are calculated based on flight time and displayed upfront for fleet aircraft. Additional costs may include fuel surcharges, overnight crew expenses, de-icing, or international handling fees depending on your route.
What is your cancellation policy?
Fleet bookings can be cancelled up to 48 hours before departure for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to availability and may incur charges. Network partner bookings are subject to individual operator policies, which will be provided with your quote.
How much luggage can I bring?
Luggage capacity varies by aircraft type. Light jets typically accommodate 4-6 bags, midsize jets 6-8 bags, and heavy jets 10-12 bags. Oversized items like golf clubs or skis can usually be accommodated with advance notice. Contact us for specific requirements.
Can I bring pets?
Yes, pets are welcome on all our flights. Please inform us during booking so we can make appropriate arrangements. There are no additional fees for pets on our fleet aircraft.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept wire transfers and major credit cards. Payment is typically due 7 days before departure for confirmed bookings. Detailed payment instructions are included in your booking confirmation.
How does your network differ from your fleet?
Our fleet consists of 7 aircraft we own, managed through certified operators, offering direct booking and guaranteed availability. Our network connects you with verified partner operators worldwide, expanding your aircraft options. Fleet bookings have transparent pricing, while network bookings require a quote from the operator.
Can I change my flight details after booking?
Yes, modifications are possible subject to aircraft availability. Changes to fleet bookings can often be made up to 24 hours before departure. Network bookings depend on operator policies. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
Do you offer empty leg flights?
Occasionally our fleet aircraft need to reposition without passengers, offering significant discounts. These opportunities are limited and time-sensitive. Contact us to be added to our empty leg notification list.
What happens if there is a mechanical issue?
Safety is our top priority. In the rare event of a mechanical issue, we will arrange alternative aircraft to minimize delays. For fleet bookings, we coordinate replacement aircraft at no additional cost. All aircraft undergo rigorous maintenance and pre-flight inspections.
